Special Board Meeting: Calendar Consultation

At the February 26, 2019 Regular Board of Education meeting, the Board passed a motion requesting District staff to begin the consultation process for the District Calendars for 2019/2020, 2020/2021, and 2021/2022. The Board of Education approved these District Calendars subject to minor revisions based on feedback received as a result of a 30-day consultation period.
Based on the feedback received so far the Board of Education is holding a Special Board Meeting on April 1, 2019 at 5:00 pm which will focus on the District’s Calendar Consultation and feedback collected during the 30-day period. The public may ask clarifying questions during Question Period at this meeting.
The Board invites members of the public to provide feedback on these District Calendars by March 28. Please send comments to the Secretary-Treasurer’s office by emailing: lmason@sd35.bc.ca.
