Road Dedication Notice of Motion

The Langley Board of Education is required to inform the public of its intent to dispose property as part of a Road Dedication approval process.
At its Regular Meeting on April 23, 2024, the Board passed the following motion:
That the Board of Education serve notice of motion, to be brought to the June 18, 2024 Regular Board Meeting, of the Road Dedication at 76th Avenue and 202A Street to the Township of Langley at zero cost due to the benefit received at the time of building permit being issued.
The public is invited to provide feedback on this notice of motion by June 7, 2024.
