Concours d’art oratoire 2016

For many years, students learning French in our Early & Late Immersion and Core French programs have presented speeches at the Langley District Concours. This is a time to celebrate their achievements in learning French. In addition to the cultural and language benefits, Concours helps students develop their creative and public speaking abilities.

Winners to represent Langley at Provincials on Saturday, May 7th at SFU Surrey Campus are: Atkinson Kuo, Jason Kondos, Kennedy Laird, Seraphina Rizkallah, Luke Vasianovych, Christine Cooper, Alex Lanigan, Jeremy Lohnes, Julia Van Ingen, Brandon Gertz, Rebecca Hughes, Katie McManus, Paul Kaita.

First place winners in grade 12 categories then go on to compete at the national finals in June that will take place in Ottawa.
