Board meetings are held at the School Board Office, 4875, 222nd Street, Langley. The public portion of the meeting begins at 7:00 p.m., immediately following the Board’s in-camera session however when there is an ‘opening presentation’ that presentation will begin at 6:45 pm. The public is invited to attend Board meetings, and to ask questions related to debate at the meetings during question period. People wishing to address the Board as a delegation must follow the procedures in Policy 7 – Board Operations. All meetings held on Tuesday, except where indicated.

As per Policy 7, the District makes the agenda available to the Board on the Friday before the meeting.

Thereafter, the agenda is made available to the public on the District website on the Monday before the meeting.
